1. General Provisions

The data controller is KOMITYWA SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, based in Warsaw, registered in the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity in Warsaw, with NIP number 5242832497 and REGON 367359745. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and data storage takes place on secure servers.

The term "GDPR" refers to the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.

We respect the right to privacy and care about data security. For this purpose, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used, among others.

The personal data provided in the form is treated as confidential and is not visible to unauthorized persons.

2. Data Controller

The Service Provider is the data controller for its customers' data. This means that if you have an account on our website, we process your data such as your name, surname, email address, phone number, job title, place of work, and IP address.

Personal data is processed:

• in accordance with data protection regulations,
• in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
• to the extent and purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of, change, or terminate the Agreement, and for the correct implementation of Services provided electronically,
• to the extent and purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (lawfully justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the individual.

Each person whose data is processed has the right to access, rectify, delete, or limit the processing of their data, the right to object, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary for any potential claims in court or if national, EU, or international law obliges us to retain data.

The Service Provider has the right to disclose a User's personal data and other information to entities authorized under applicable laws (e.g., law enforcement agencies).

Personal data may be deleted as a result of the withdrawal of consent or submission of a legally permissible objection to data processing.

The Service Provider does not disclose personal data to any entities other than those authorized under the applicable laws.

Personal data is processed only by persons authorized by us or by processors with whom we closely cooperate.

3. Cookies

The KOMI.FURNITURE website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by a web server and stored by the browser's software. When the browser reconnects with the website, it recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow the server that created the cookies to read the information contained within them. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
